The room was reasonably large and had a nice design. I had a stunning view of street. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was very very helpful during all this time. Overlook was minute walk from the hotel, truly enjoyed its location close to the shores of Ashinoko.

Magnificent location in Hakone really close to coffee place for breakfast, the mountains and the lake, and local bus stops. Efficient and excellent employees with nice manners.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of Lake Ashi from our mountain view room at this hotel. The futon beds were incredibly comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The location was perfect for exploring Hakone's sightseeing spots. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to our enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its breathtaking views and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the port for the lake tour and the pirate ship. It's also a short walk to the bus station. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and the leisure facilities are enjoyable. The breakfast offers a good variety of vegetarian and vegan options.
The hotel room was a bit dated with some noticeable wear and tear.
